Ezer Yoldot Hamercazi is based in Beitar Illit, which is the gate to the Gush Etzion Settlement Bloc. 

Beitar is a city of 8500 families with 120 Synagogues, 3500 new births each year, 900 of these births are to families with 5 children and up and 5000 heads of families that study in Kollel full time.

Our organization has 25 Rabbis and community leaders who  authorize families to receive assistance so that there is a wide range of support to all groups, Ashkenazim, Sefardim, Chassidim, Lita'im, English speakers, Russian Immigrants etc.

We are located in-between two hostile Arab villages (Husan and Nahalin) and  are in close proximity to Bethlehem, it’s refugee camps, and the notorious villages of Beit Jalla and El Khader, (which are bases for Tanzim and Hamas). We are only 7 km away from the Jerusalem neighborhood of Gilo.

 We serve the  cities of Beitar Illit and Beit Shemesh, areas populated by many large families who live below the poverty level or have socio-economic difficulties because it provides them affordable housing, and the Town of Telz Stone as well as The Capitol Jerusalem.
